Cancellation Policy
No-Shows will result in a 50% charge of service(s) booked. Second No-Show will result in being banned from booking with me. I have a 48 hour window prior to servicing to cancel or reschedule an appointment without communication. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour window please communicate with me so I can accommodate your need. There is a 15 minute grace period for being late. Anything longer will affect the service(s) booked and may result in cancellation of service(s).
